The National Boat Racing Heritage Center will locate neglected and decaying vintage race boats throughout the USA and secure them by donation. They will be restored to either race ready or display quality. Restoration will be done by teams of volunteer restorers and be funded by donations. These restorations will keep vintage race boats and their history from decaying and disappearing forever.
The current restoration project is the historic 1970 "Pay N Pak” Li'l Buzzard unlimited hydroplane. Tommy Fults won the 1970 Atomic Cup in Tri Cities Washington in this boat. As an Atlas Van Lines boat it appeared in the 2001 Hollywood movie “Madison”.
